Herbalism 101: Planting Seeds (5.1.25)

A groundwork offering, from my hands to yours - together, let us dive into the foundations of herbalism and ways to start integrating this ancient practice into your modern life. 

We will begin with a discussion of herbal preparations and how to get the most out of your herbs. We will then journey through the energetic considerations of plants and people when working in herbalism. Finally, we will discuss a few foundational herbs and an herbal action (category of plants) for the month. We will conclude with a brief Q&A.

You must register to reserve your spot and receive the Zoom link prior to meeting. This lecture will remain roughly the same from month to month with slight variations on the herbs/herbal actions highlighted.
